When creating a presentation in Pitch, you have the option to either build it from scratch or use Venturekit AI to help you bring your vision to life. This can save you time and effort, especially if you are short on time or not familiar with creating presentations.
Creating a Pitch from Scratch
If you choose to build your presentation from scratch, Pitch offers a wide variety of templates to choose from. These templates are designed to help you create a professional and visually appealing presentation. You can browse through the templates and select the one that best fits your needs.
Once you have selected a template, you can start editing your presentation using Pitch's visual editing tools. These tools allow you to customize the design and layout of your presentation, making it unique and eye-catching. You can change the font, colors, and add images, graphics and tables to help you present data and information in a clear and organized manner and make your presentation stand out.
EDITING TIPS:
Click once on a text box once, allows you to select the box itself and enables you to move it around to a different area of the page as well as resize it.
A rapid double click over a text box will place the cursor at the end of the text in that box.
From here, you can single click anywhere in the text box to select where you wish to edit the wording as well as select multiple words in order to copy, delete, change to Bold font, etc.
Creating A Pitch using the AI Tool
In order to create a Pitch automatically using AI, using reference points from one of your existing business plans, you will first need to make sure that you select the plan that you wish to use from your list of existing plans.
For this example we have selected a business name Frosted Soul Retreat.
Next, from the Pitch section, scroll down and select an existing template that you would like to use, such as the Porfolio Plus template.
Then click the Fill with AI button. It will take a few moments for the system to generate your plan.
If you are happy with the basic look of this deck, then you will next want to click on Start Editing. If you want to try a different template instead, you can simply return to the Pitch deck feature, the newly generate deck will not be saved and you can start again.
Once you have a template you are happy with, you will need to edit some of the details.
You will notice that the contents, both text and images in your pitch will have generated based on some of the contents of your chosen business plan. Other pieces of information will be added in the form of place holders which you must then edit to further customize.
