As a business owner, it's important to have a clear understanding of your financials and be able to plan for different scenarios. With our platform, you have the ability to create alternate financial scenarios for any of your unlocked business plans. This allows you to see how different factors can impact your business and make informed decisions.

To create alternate financial scenarios, you will first need to select the name of the plan you want to work on from your company drop down list. This can be found on the left hand side of your dashboard.

Once you have selected the plan, click on the "Financials" tab and then select "Overview" from the left hand side menu.

On the Overview page, you will see a section labeled "Scenarios" on the right hand side. This is where you can create and manage your alternate financial scenarios.

To create a new scenario, you will first need to decide what type of scenario you want to create.

You can chose from the following options:

The financial data that was originally created by the AI will be automatically labeled Original Scenario.

You can select to duplicate this original scenario, as is, then make modifications to it yourself, or you can select to duplicate with adjustments, which will allow you to select only the years that you want to have included in this new scenario. You can also select to create a scenario entirely from scratch, in which case you will have to enter in all the information.

Once you have made your selection and named your new scenario, click on the "Create" button. This will create a separate version of your financial data and allow you to make changes without affecting the original plan.

You can have multiple alternate scenarios for each business plan. To switch between scenarios, simply click on the scenario name in the "Scenarios" section. This will load the selected scenario and allow you to make changes.

To delete a scenario, click on the "Delete" button next to the scenario name. Please note that this action cannot be undone.
